Flexor-pronator Mass

This term refers to the collection of muscles on the anterior of the forearm used for wrist and finger flexion as well as pronation.

It provides all of the muscular contribution to elbow stabilization against valgus force. This group contains the pronator teres and the entire collection of forearm flexor muscles.

The pronator quadratus aids in pronation but is not a part of this group of muscles.
