Humerus

The largest bone in the arm, the humerus runs from the shoulder to the elbow.

The humerus is the origin for the brachioradialis and brachialis as well as the lateral and medial heads of the triceps brachii.

Major insertions include the latissimus dorsi, deltoid, teres major, and the four rotator cuff muscles: supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis.
