Pronator Quadratus

This muscle binds the distal ends of the ulna and radius together.

As its name suggests, it aids in pronation of the forearm, but it does not contribute to elbow stability.

When used during pitch release to powerfully pronate the forearm, the pronator quadratus can contribute to the velocity and spin of the pitch.
