Dynamic Pitching Programs
The dynamic pitching programs are heavily influenced by Driveline Baseball's Hacking the Kinetic Chain and are designed to provide both improved health and improved performance.
Through individual assessments and guided self-discovery, our program is designed to help athletes by first dealing with throwing-related pain and building from there. By encouraging athletes to feel different movements and with an emphasis on results-based feedback, we engage each athlete to take an active part in their own coaching.
All incoming clients complete a basic 5-week, 10-session program that introduces our methods and allows us to assess the client with an eye toward long-term development.
By developing a feel for the drill techniques, the athlete begins the journey into guided self-discovery.
After successfully completing the introductory program, serious athletes are invited to the individualized year-round development program where periodized training is used to manage throwing volume and intensity.
In addition to the throwing program, athletes have access to strength programming, nutrition advice, and pitch design.
